Brymark Installations Group was awarded the contract for the installation of YVR’s fuel header piping, hydrant laterals, hydrant pits, cathodic protection system and emergency fuel shut-off components for the West Apron Fuel System Expansion Project

Brymark’s scope of work included:

• Survey, excavation, dewatering, erosion, protection, backfill and compaction, Supply and installation of ~280m of 500mm diameter fuel header piping, 230m of a trenchless crossing (directional drilling) including 2, lunch pits and 1 receiving pit, the installation of underground hydrant laterals and 8 hydrant pits, tie-ins to the existing fuel system, Installation of a cathodic protection system.
