Brymark’s scope of work included:

G13 Turbine Structural Steel Installation Project (Duration: 5 months):

• Late December 2014 Brymark was awarded the contract for the supply and installation of the new G13 Turbine Building Project at Catalyst Paper’s Powell River Mill. This contract included the supply and installation of structural steel locally fabricated, the installation of an overhead crane by a Canadian manufacturer, and a barrier coated building sheet metal building envelope system.

G13 Turbine Installation project, piping fabrication (Duration 2 months):

• Early in 2015 Brymark provided supply and shop fabrication services for the G-13 carbon steel piping requirements. The piping was fabricated for the Steam, Vacuum Steam, and Condensate systems to tie in the Catalyst Paper G-13 Turbine to the mill systems. Our shop worked closely with the field to fabricate the largest assemblies possible to reduce field installation hours.

G13 Turbine Installation Project (Duration 8 months): 

• In 2015 Brymark successfully landed the contract for the General Contractor Services for the G13 Turbine Installation contract. Brymark Provided shop piping fabrication, field piping installation, equipment installation, fire suppression, HVAC, fencing, and commissioning support. Brymark’s team delivered on time and on budget.
